In August 2024, foreign tourist visits to West Sumatra through the Minangkabau International Airport entrance were 6,685 visits.
The TPK of starred hotels in West Sumatra in August 2024 was 44.07 percent.
The average length of stay of foreign and Indonesian guests at starred hotels during the period of August 2024 was 1.21 nights
