Abstract

In July 2023, foreign tourist visits to West Sumatra through the Minangkabau International Airport entrance were 4,946 visits, a decrease of 5.36 percent compared to the previous month.

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star hotels in West Sumatra in July 2023 was 56.27 percent, a decrease of 1.69 points compared to the previous month's TPK. The ROR for non-star hotels in West Sumatra in July 2023 was 21.11 percent, an increase of 0.05 points compared to the previous month's ROR.

The average length of stay for guests at star-rated hotels in July 2023 was recorded at 1.71 days, an increase of 0.25 days compared to the previous month
