Gross Regional Domestic Product of Padang Panjang Municipality by Industry 2017-2021 

Gross Regional Domestic Product of publications Padang Panjang 2022 is a continuation of the publication of the previous years were compiled by BPS Padang Panjang. This publication provides an overview of the economic development of the Municipality of Padang Panjang descriptively. In this book also shown tables of GRDP in 2017 - 2021 at current prices and constant prices of 2010 in the form of nominal and percentage. Gross Regional Domestic Product of publications Padang Panjang 2020 was calculated by using Year 2010 as base year, the same with Publications Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) 2021. Base year change form 2000 to 2010 occurs as a form of adaptation of national statistical records, remember change of base year GRDP in 2010 adopted the System of National Accounts (SNA) or the System of National Accounts 2008 while calculating the base year 2000 using the SNA 1998. Changes in the base year, it will have implications for the calculation results such as increasing the nominal GRDP, which in turn have an impact on a regional shift income groups as well as change the amount and structure of the macro indicators such as economic growth. Besides implications, base year change also provides benefits, which can inform the current local economy, improve data quality and make the data GRDP can be compared internationally.
