Abstract

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) aims to identify the need for statistical data and the level of customer satisfaction with BPS data and services. In 2021, BPS will again hold SKD in each unit of Integrated Statistics Services at Central BPS, Provincial BPS and Regency / City BPS. The results of the 2021 SKD BPS Padang Panjang City are presented in the form of publications containing consumer characteristics, analysis of data quality satisfaction and analysis of service unit performance.
