Abstract

The export value originating from West Sumatra in March 2023 was US$189.55 million, a decrease of 14.79 percent compared to exports in February 2023.
  • The most exported group of goods in March 2023 was the animal/vegetable fats & oils (HS 15) group of US$149.25 million, followed by the vegetable materials group (HS 14) of US$10.45 million, and rubber and goods from rubber (HS 40) of US$7.03 million.
  • West Sumatra's import value in March 2023 was US$49.48 million, an increase of 87.73 percent compared to imports in February 2023.
  • The largest group of imported goods in March 2023 was mineral fuel (HS 27) of US$38.66 million
