Abstract

The development of prices for various commodities in Padang City in December 2020 saw inflation of 0.71 percent or an increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) from 104.64 in November 2020 to 105.38 in December 2020.
  • The inflation rate for the calendar year of Padang City until December 2020 was 2.12 percent. Meanwhile, the year on year inflation rate (December 2020 to December 2019) was 2.12 percent.
  • Bukittinggi City in December 2020 experienced inflation of 0.39 percent or an increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) from 104.41 in November 2020 to 104.82 in December 2020.
  • The inflation rate for the calendar year until December 2020 was 2.02 percent, while the year on year inflation rate (December 2020 against December 2019) was 2.02 percent.
