Mayor of Padang Panjang H. Fadly Amran, BBA Datuak Paduko Malano appreciated the initial data collection for the 2022 Socio-Economic Registration (Regsosek) held by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in Padang Panjang City.
The mayor is also grateful for this data collection. With this data collection, the government will be able to work more quickly and accurately in collecting data on people who need assistance.
"As well as other important matters concerning the community's economy," said Wako Fadly during the Regsosek Meeting at the Mifan Waterpark Auditorium, Tuesday (20/9/2022).
Fadly is grateful for the instructions from the president regarding this data collection. This is because this is important in registering the poor in the city of Padang Panjang and making it easier for the Pemko to record the distribution of BLT to people in need.
Meanwhile, the Head of West Sumatra BPS, Ir. Herum Fajarwati, M.M said, this data collection will help to classify the population into various sides, especially from an economic perspective.
“We hope not only from an economic point of view, but also education. This can help the development of the Indonesian people in the future," said Herum.
Please note that this Regsosek is one of the government's efforts to build a single population data, or one data.
By using a single data, the government can implement its various programs in an integrated, non-overlapping and more efficient manner.
