Padang Panjang is Declared to be a Statistical City and Beautiful Village in 2023

"The City of Padang Panjang was declared a Statistics City and Cinta Statistik Sub-district (Kelurahan Cantik) in 2023. The declaration was carried out by the Mayor of Padang Panjang, Fadly Amran, which was marked by pressing the siren button in the Hall III Floor of the City Hall on Tuesday, 13/6/2022)

"The declaration of the City of Statistics is part of a series of progress activities that have been carried out for a long time. Starting from the inauguration of the Statistical Corner, the One Data Forum and the creation of the Serambi Data website. So, from the results of all that hard work, we can declare Padang Panjang City as the first Statistics City in Indonesia," said Fadly when giving his speech. Fadly Amran also believes that based on geospatial and statistics, it will produce quality data in the city of Padang Panjang. This all requires a shared commitment and ongoing program. So that the data produced is truly growing and actual data, which is useful for the City Government."
